Positive: The host Lucia is nice and friendly, also her helper Natalie. The appartment is located on the second floor of the building, but you need to go up 27 stairs that was good exercise for us but can be hard to elderly person. The view from balcony is great as shown on the photos. The appartment was very good size. My husband and I use two bedrooms with comfortable beds. For price that we paid in October it was a good deal for us.

Negative: Neighbours and their children can be noisy during evening time due to proximaty to the unit. Also ischia has high level of humid so you can feel strange smell like mold in the appartment. Also host was nice and gave us a ride to the bus stop. With luggage the road is narrow and bumpy, hard to walk with heavy luggage. we feel bad about white cat that lives outside the property, she is very hungry, eat everything so please feed her.

Positive: I stayed in the apartment with my family at the end of September and the beginning of October 2024. We chose this place because of its great reviews and location, but our stay exceeded all expectations. We were kindly met at the ferry since we arrived late, and were also driven to the ferry for our early departure. This was extremely helpful and timely. The owner even took us to the supermarket to do some shopping and gave us a short tour of the island, which was a very kind gesture. Since we arrived on a Sunday, it was a pleasant surprise to find some food waiting for us, as grocery stores are closed on Sundays. We really loved the apartment itself—there was everything we needed, it was spacious, everyone had their own room, and the view from the veranda and kitchen was stunning. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with everything in a traditional Italian style. We were very satisfied and will definitely return. Additionally, there are staff members who speak Russian and Ukrainian, which was very important for us and made our stay much easier, as they helped with any questions and translations. The apartment also provided useful information, including the bus schedule, a list of attractions, and a map. The location is excellent—everything is relatively close: the beach, hot springs and shops. The public transport stop is very near. The time of year was perfect too; there were fewer tourists than in the summer, but the sea was still warm, and there are many hot thermal springs to enjoy in case the weather isn’t ideal for the beach. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many places in 38 countries, but I have never experienced such heartfelt hospitality. It left an unforgettable impression! We are extremely happy with our stay, the owner, and the staff. A huge thank you to all of you! ❤️

Positive: Immaculate, great host. This is not a very touristy part of Ischia. The house and furnishings are older and homier. We had a feeling of being local. Plenty of roads for walking/hiking.

Negative: We loved everything.

Positive: The best thing is the view from the apartment - it is spectacular. Rooms are really beautiful, comfy and spacious. Apartment is just a few steps from a bus stop. The owner with her family were truly kind, they made us feel we were at home and took care of everything we wanted and even more. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Ischia.
