Positive: Catarina, the resort manager was a delight (as she was when we met her 2 years ago). She went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Obviously at this time of year a couple of ameneties were inoperable but the games room was a blessing as the weather wasn't good for one of our 3 days there.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: There is no breakfast included. The decorations of the rooms and property are lovely. Catarina the lady that takes care of Casa Branca is a very pleasant and kind person.
