Summary: We absolutely loved this apartment, it is beautifully maintained, beautifully set out and very quiet considering it is in the centre of the shopping area. And we absolutely loved meeting the owner, Caterina. She was welcoming, helpful and just a lovely person. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment at an incredibly reasonable rate, grab this place if it is available.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic! The property was very clean, comfortable, and had all amenities that it feel like a home away from home. It’s location is perfect and a walk to Cassino’s city center is a few minutes. This was my first stay with Vrbo and it exceeded my expectations. The property host was very kind, responsive, and easy to work with. I would stay at this property again and I highly recommend it!

Summary: I came to Cassino looking for an apartment to rent for up to one year. After an extensive search I was not able to find one. I did find an apartment for one month however I needed a place to stay for two days before moving to this apartment. I could have used a hotel but Caterina found me a place with a friend for two days at half the price of a hotel. During my two day stay and during the following one month stay she contacted me to see how I was doing. I believe my relationship with Caterina will continue because I plan on returning hopefully on a yearly basis.

Summary: The property was everything it promised to be and more! Caterina and her family welcomed me not as a stranger but as part of the family!
