Summary: This is not the property we stayed in because the night before our arrival the owner said it was unavailable even though we had booked and paid for it months in advance. She did offer us a similar property however which we appreciated. The new property while very clean and well presented and in a relatively quiet suburb of William's Landing....lacked many standard essentials. No hand towels, no face washers, no hanging rails to dry towels, no top bed sheet... only a bottom sheet and quilt. No extra bed linen, blankets or pillows. No toilet roll holder so toilet paper on the floor. Insufficient cutlery and cups (4) causing us to have to purchase these essentials. 1 teatowel for 4 night stay with 7 people. 4 seater couch for a 10 person house with no additional seating except dining chairs. Many disappointing areas in Anna's property which we notified her of and her response was "houses in this area....more or less all the same." She offered a $100 credit on another booking but we won't be booking again for fear of a repeat experience.
