The accommodation is set in its own tranquil piece of paradise, very private, and very comfortable. Noreta is a beautiful person and an attentive host, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Her communication was first class and we enjoyed her wealth of knowledge shared with us. We were sorry to leave this wonderful place behind and hope that one day we will return. We would highly recommend Lily’s by the Lake, the location is the perfect spot to stay, and like us you won’t want to leave.

Unfortunately, for me, the bed was too hard to have a good sleep on but that did not in any way retract from my enjoyment of Lily’s. Nita was a perfect host and super kind! Cannot recommend this accommodation enough!

Little cottage, away from hustle and bustle. Island is nice to walk around, met kangaroos and koalas. Host was a lovely lady. The ferry is quick and makes it easy to get across to the "mainland" and the local restaurants were surprisingly good. Will come back.

An island, a ferry trip, calm lake waters, natural bush right to the shore, meandering streets, bush land, swans, koalas galore, the widest array of boats tootling past to stare at all day with a picnic ... our host is a special soul who thoughtfully cared for us, gave us privacy and shared her home. Stay was neat and tidy very easy stay.

Reviewer Comments: We have had a wonderful stay with Nareeta at Lily's By The Lake!- Great location 5 mins walk from the ferry, surrounded by gum trees and with the beautiful lake just over the back fence inviting a swim or paddle.- Comfy bed, large bedroom with ensuite and wardrobe, plus separate sunroom with breakfast/food facilities and a shaded verandah to watch evening fall- lots of yummy goodies provided- very friendly and kind host- koalas sometimes come into the trees just over the back fence, kangaroos come into the surrounding streets too, and you can watch the rosellas, cockatoos and correllas feeding from your window each morning- very clean and well appointed accommodation- feeling of peace and seclusion even though you are close to everything!
