This cottage has all the amenities to create a wonderful vacation on Lake Michigan. We are located on Lake Michigan and Pigeon Lake. Less than a 5 minute walk to a private beach and a couple minute walk to a community shared look out deck where you can watch the most incredible sunsets. You have access to a boardwalk and pier.
This is a family friendly community that is just a short drive to both Grand Haven and Holland. We have wi-fi and streaming services, pool table, dart board, upper and lower porches great for entertaining and a firepit.
Even on a rainy day you will have plenty to do, endless board games and a game room filled with everything you need.
In the off season, this location provides beautiful views of leaves, and winters on the big lake is a winter wonderland. Within 10 miles you have access to hiking trailers, golf courses and places to cross country ski.

Summary: We love Audra's place! We had a group from 4 years old to 70 years old and everyone loved it. The space is great and communication with Audra is so simple and quick. This was our second year there and we already booked our third. Can't wait to return next summer.

Summary: This was our second visit to Audra's property. It is well-stocked, clean and nicely situated. Another family member had a rental with beach access so we were able to use that instead of the public pathway to get to the amazing private beachfront.

Summary: First I just want to say that we ended up having a great time. We love the beach and went every day. The house has plenty of towels, bedding, cooking/kitchen utensils! When we stay at a house we cook every day and this was manageable. It had a nice gas grill. Two refrigerators. We had fun using both the upstairs and downstairs areas. You do have to go outside to get to the downstairs but it wasn't a big deal. The deck/patio space is amazing and tons of seating. We ate dinner outside every day. The biggest downfall of this house is that it is not beachfront. There is a line of houses between this house and the beach. I love to wake up and have my coffee and see the water but you could only try to peak in between the houses and see a tiny bit of water. All in all we had a great time. Just a little bummed about the location although it was a quick walk to the beach.

Summary: We had a nice family vacation with multiple generations. The downstairs game room was great for the younger generations and the patio was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again.
