Great family vacation spot. The kids can play in the shallow water beach as the adults supervise from the shaded balconys off the unit. Take the Kayak out for a paddle, enjoy the beautiful pool over looking Perdido Bay. This is truly a relaxing spot away from all the hustle and bustle. Bring your boat. There is a free boat ramp just a mile down the road. Enjoy the Tranquility of the National Sea Shore just a hop and skip away. Visit the Naval Air Museum and watch the Blue Angles practice. The Foley outlet mall is just a short drive along the beach. There is so much to do or if you prefer just take in the beautiful veiws from the Balcony of your unit. The condo is very nicely furnished and decortated. This will be a family vacation your whole family will cherish and all for the price of a hotel room.

Summary: Very nice townhouse! We had a great time! The grandchildren loved playing in the bay! The complex was very quiet and family oriented.

Summary: Our family (adults and kids aged 7-10) had a great week at this property. We loved the low-key bay just outside the condo - we enjoyed wading and kayaking as well as searching for hermit crabs, stingrays, and dolphins. We enjoyed the pool at the complex, too. Very family friendly. The unit is close to the grocery, Johnson's National Seashore and other great free beach accesses in Perdido Key. We were a short drive from Naval Naval Aviation Museum/Blue Angels in Pensacola and found some great dinner spots in nearby Orange Beach, AL. The unit itself was as pictured; could have been slightly cleaner (had to wipe inside of cabinets and drawers before using) but overall was very nice and comfy. The owner was great; quick to respond to questions. Would come again!

Summary: Phenomenal vacation expertise as always at this property. Derrick is very responsive if you have any questions, home is always clean and well stocked. The bay area behind the house is awesome for kids and adults alike to enjoy innerarity point.

Summary: We loved the location! A lot of space for family, two decks for morning coffee and close to Perdido Key beaches and the grocery store. Great communication with the owner too!

Summary: The location is very quiet and the condo complex is very family friendly. We loved the views from both balconies and the easy access to the bay. The kids enjoyed borrowing the kayaks each day. The whole condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. We liked the calming beach vibes it gave off. The kitchen is well stocked and it was so nice to have use of the washer and dryer to do laundry. All of the beds were very comfortable and it was helpful to have 3 bathrooms for our group. You won't regret booking this treasure. We highly recommend it.

Summary: Derrick is a wonderful host, and the townhouse is in a perfect location. I love being next to the bay where the kids can play without rip tide worries. We had great dinners at Hub Stacy's, Doc's Seafood in Orange Beach, and Tacky Jack's. Johnson's Beach was beautiful, and a dolphin cruise in the gulf was beyond expectations...we saw a lot of sharks swimming around the beach within a few feet of people on floats.

Summary: Derrick is wonderful to work with. Helped us in every way. Townhouse is beautiful and location is perfect. Will definitely be going back. So much to do right there on the bay and only 10 minutes from beach. A+++

Summary: This location is perfect! The views from the family room and primary BR are a great way to begin and end your day. Everything you need is convenient and nearby. There are lots of restaurants, beauty salons, golf courses, shopping, etc. Derik was so helpful and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed during our two month stay. We will return just to watch the dolphins play!
