This 3 bedroom, 1 bath, cozy, charming home is ready for you and your family! Equipped with not only many amenities, but brochures and goodies from a variety of places to go and things to do in our famous, award-winning, historical small town of Abilene. We welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay!
This home is located in the heart of Abilene, just a couple blocks from the city park that features the Eisenhower Rose Garden, the city pool, and the county fairgrounds where the Central Kansas Free Fair is held.
The main bedroom features a queen size bed with brand new mattress. Two other bedrooms are available for use, one featuring a full bed, and the other room has a twin bed along with a built-in hammock chair. This home is child friendly!
The back yard is large and equipped with toys, sporting goods, and games. (Storage sheds are off limits to guests.)
The living room has a comfortable seating area and Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi! Netflix, Hulu, Disney and more for guests!
There is a dining area with breakfast nook seating. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig, cookware, cutlery, dishwasher, and more amenities for your cooking and dining needs!
A Washer and Dryer are on site and available for use.
The newly remodeled bathroom has everything you need to freshen up.
This 50 year old home has some bumps and bruises here and there. She is still warm and cozy, and all to yourselves! Thank you for booking with us!
