Positive: Spacious and comfortable apartment, close to Perugia San Giovani station, where you can get a bus or a train to the center of Perugia. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a short stay. Also Fabiola was very kind and helpful, even met us at the station on our arrival.

Summary: Great place and kind host. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: The house is very nice and comfortable, super clean and with everything you might need, and Fabiola was more than kind and hospitable to us. We spent our Christmas in perugia, and we liked every minute of it.

Negative: The house is a bit far from center of the city, but still very close to the train station, so still available.
