Summary: At 3 am in the morning it was took ages to find the key There are no names on the buildings so we weren't sure if we were at the right one. Eventually the security guard found the key holder with a torch. In daylight it would have been easy to see it but it pitch darkness it wasn't.

Summary: We love El Valle and have stayed here several times. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. It was a bit tricky to find (as the building number can’t be seen from the road), but once we found it the check in details were pretty straightforward. Apartment was clean, bit of an odd smell in one of the bathrooms but that reduced as we opened doors and windows. Otherwise it was very clean and has everything you need. Would happily return and recommend to others.

Summary: Lovely apartment, nice layout, good views over the golf course…. My concern is that I booked via VRBO but the payment “failed” at which point I was pulled into a third party website operated by the property manager outside the security afforded by VRBO and now governed by different T&C’s. When I asked for an earlier check in these T&C’s were quoted when they requested a €50 fee, I declined to pay and I’m sure the apartment was unoccupied the days before. As a comparison when I checking in at the Melia Alicante (after leaving this property) I was allowed access early at 12:30 I consider that good service. There was also a delay in refunding the deposit due to the fact the cleaner had not been in to the property 5 days later when I chased. My view is that the property manager is too large and has lost customer focus ……..but you make up your mind.
