Summary: We wanted a place that was quiet and dark in the hopes of seeing the northern lights and we got exactly what we wanted. The home is comfortable with heated floors and a nice hot tub on the deck. It is about 15 minutes outside Borgarnes and there's is not a lot, other

Summary: We had a great stay even though the floor hadn't been swept at all. I found a broom and swept it. When getting ready to leave (after two nights) looked under the bed and hadn't been swept there either. But, on the positive side - nice place to stay - the Northern Lights were great, amenities (fridge, washer and dryer and location) were great. The beds in Iceland aren't the normal US twin, a little skinnier, but we got used to that. Know that they in Iceland they just give you a duvet, no top sheet. Not a big deal (we brought one), but weird. Shower worked great (mat would have been nice) and again the location and northern lights were fabulous.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin outside of Borgarnes. The home was comfortable for our family. The kids loved the loft, and we loved hanging out in the living room and the deck looking at the stunning landscape. The kitchen had the basic things needed, and there is a grill available. It was a great place to stay while exploring the west coast.

Summary: We loved staying here. The property was so cute and comfortable. The view was incredible. It was easy to explore the area, there was so much to do and see. The grocery was easy to get to and we ended up cooking every night because we were so relaxed at the cabin.
