Summary: Cute and comfortable place.. Beautiful yard. Our college student was happy to spend the weekend with us here and enjoy some home cooked meals. We'd love to stay again

Summary: We have stayed here a couple of other times. It's a good location for visiting our family. The owner is very responsive to communications. The house has comfortable beds but the rest of the furniture is not very comfortable for relaxing with coffee or just sitting to have conversation time. There is some updating needed such as a new towel ring and toilet paper dispenser in the smaller bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed having a house with enough room for our family to spread out.

Summary: It was our daughter and her roommates 19th birthday. We came to celebrate with family and friends with a home cooked meal. The house was perfect and truly felt like a home away from home!! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We came to see our student and go to the football and soccer games. The location was great, on a quiet street. The house was fantastic, modern kitchen and the most comfortable beds. Plenty of seating options for us.

Summary: The Perky Pineapple is a great location for getting to the Tech campus and shopping around town. The neighborhood is quiet. Beds are comfortable and the house is spacious to spread out. It was nice to bring in dinner to the large dining table and have a couple of my local family members join us. This is the second time my family has stayed at the home, and the owner is very good about quick replies and addressing any concerns.
