Summary: Spent Thanksgiving week here. The kitchen was great! Dog friendliness was wonderful! Close to the edge of campus. Quiet neighborhood. No tacky TT or Lubbock theme. The house is newly updated and has all that you need for a great stay in Lubbock.

Summary: The host communicated very well!The design aspect of this rental was great! Very spacious common areas, good space in both bedrooms as well. The keypad on the front door can be a little too sensitive, leading to failed unlock attempts, but once you figure out how it works it becomes easier to manage. One of the showers is a bit cramped due to the design, but overall the good things about this stay more than made up for one tight shower. I was able to use the other shower which had more than enough space! I will definitely consider this again if I have to return to Lubbock for more business in the future!
