Summary: We booked this property for family coming for a funeral as it was walking distance from our home. Property was generally nice and clean, however there could be some improvements. Property manager never responded after multiple questions through the VRBO app prior to and after booking. I finally had to call to get the lockbox code. They said they would send it to my email and the VRBO app, but nothing ever came. Luckily I insisted that they give me the code over the phone. Light bulb at the top of the stairs was missing, which caused safety issues at night. Beds were sagging and uncomfortable and need to be replaced. All garbage bins in the back yard were overflowing and looked like they hadn't been emptied in months. It made the back garden unsafe and unusable. Could be a nice place to stay with some simple improvements.

Summary: Place not clean. Broken Blind, Stained carpet, bedding poor quality, Bed Springs the good thing is the people in the area are nice and friendly . Property manager not helpful .
