Summary: Location was convenient to food and downtown destinations. Property was clean and well maintained. Bed room & bathrooms were clean and well supplied with essential. Kitchen and dining area were not cleaned well following previous guests. There was thick dust on the open cabinets where drink ware was stored. Microwave was dirty. Leftover food on placemats on the kitchen table. Dropped food on floor by stove. Floor was dirty and needed sweeping & mopping. All fixable things I’m sure he’ll take care of. If he has a cleaning service, I’d fire them.

Summary: I like that it was pet friendly the pool was nice and clean the house was nice looked bigger than what the picture show. Owner was extremely friendly and kept in contact. Highly recommend this location to anybody.

Summary: Check-in was a breeze. Just a quick call to Mark and we had the code. Pool was was small but SO refreshing after days at the beach and fishing. Kitchen was adequate, no dishwasher, pot holders, dish towels. The washer and dryer was an added perk. The only thing I would recommend is a "house book" that shows guests when trash goes out and any special requirements for the pool. This would give guests the opportunity to list what they liked about the area to help others that travel behind them. Had a great time! I highly recommend!!

Summary: Very clean, close to HEB, ferry and Rockport. Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful countertops, comfy beds nice bathrooms, nice pool patio area and a very friendly and helpful host. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit.

Summary: This was a nice place to stay. It was very clean, plenty of room, & we enjoyed sitting out by the pool. The manager worked with us for an early check-in and stayed in touch. I would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: House was spacious and clean. Has everythi g you might need for a getaway. Clean and working BBQ pit. Perfect size pool for the kiddos and adults alike. Beds are tempur pedic mattress super comfortable. Just over all a great place to relax.
