I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice little house. Comes in as advertised. We had an issue with the management company and a broken hot water heater. they did what was right - gave us a refund.

Summary: The rental property was a good value. When we thought there was an issue with the a/c the management had someone come out very quickly. Our 2 major issues were there wasn’t enough frying pans for eggs and bacon. The glass frying pans didn’t work well and neither did the soft silicone pancake turner because it was too flexible. There were only three coffee mugs. The other issue was the grass needed to be cut. The mosquitoes were very bad in the whole area because of a lot of recent rain, but having the grass so long only contributed to the mosquito issue in the yard.
