Summary: This condo is adorable. It has an enormous deck outside that is beautiful. The location is perfect. One block to the best parts of Pearl street so you never need to worry about parking. Host great.

Summary: Stayed with family of four including two young kids for one month during summer vacation. Location is great, making it very easy to walk, bike, or drive anywhere you need in a short amount of time. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for the stay. The only con was needing to haul our bikes up to the second floor condo for safe storage.

Summary: Very satisfied with the place and Stacy and Will were available when needed. Pleased when we got here and pleased all the way through. Kitchen well stocked. We have everything we need here. Would recommend it heartily.

Summary: I temporarily relocated to Boulder for seven weeks for work, I was lucky to stumble upon this location. It was such a joy being out on the patio, seeing the mountains and the sun peeking through the luscious trees. The modern design of the home, the fireplace and fully equipped home was perfect! The location made me feel like a Boulder native, walking distance to tasty restaurants and a fun bar. Thank you, Will and Stacy for creating a beautiful space to share with others.

Summary: Unit has a great layout and huge deck and is equipped with any and everything you could possibly need. Quality of place and equipment is first rate. The venue is ideal and you can walk everywhere in addition to being close to Boulder Creek and several trailheads. Stacy and Will could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend.
