Summary: As my kids would say... This place was Perf!! The location, the cleanliness, the coffee bar, the ease of checking in and out. I would highly recommend this place!

Summary: House was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and quiet. The heat worked great and we were warm despite the cold weather. Appliances and furnishings were all new and clean and everything worked great (the washer and dryer were a big plus). The location for us was perfect (we were at Spire center for a swim meet), close to downtown and places to eat and a short drive to GOTL. House is located near train tracks so if you’re a light sleeper that takes some getting used to. Anthony was quick to respond to our questions and we had no issues during our stay. He provided coffee pods for Keurig, water, and oatmeal which was great (suggest a few tea bags for the tea drinkers). Only other suggestion I have is to have a box of tissues downstairs. All in all a great stay and we’d stay there again! Thanks Anthony!!

Summary: Had a track event to attend at Spire Academy. Very convenient location for that. There is a REALLY regular train line very close to the house... only complaint. Everything else was as advertised.... nice stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a good central location for us to visit wineries in the area. The house itself had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there. Unfortunately, there was a major snowstorm after we arrived and we had to dig out our car. I couldn't find a snow shovel, so I contacted the owner. He came out to the house and cleared out the driveway so we could get the car out. We are very appreciative!

Summary: Really great location. Easy to get to. We stayed here while moving my son from NY to IL we had plenty of parking and room for the uhaul. Thanks for the coffee extra towels and comfy beds
