Positive: The hosts were delightful! We stayed in the king balcony room and it had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was picture perfect. The breakfasts were yummy, and they had a wide selection of grab and go cereals, yogurts, fruit and drinks as well. They certainly made our stay enjoyable and stress free!

Positive: A very nice renovated farm house, with a wonderful back story. Kate and Joe are great hosts, very knowledgeable about the locale. The back deck looks over the vineyards, horses, barns and pastures. Our room was very comfortable. There are 40+ wineries within easy driving distances. Lake Erie was beautiful.

Negative: The train tracks are at the very end of the property, shielded by the tree line. The train came through more than several times during our stay.

Summary: We loved staying here. Great place to book during all the wine festivals

Positive: Well, we loved it because it was just so nice. It was only me and my wife and we had such a beautiful time and then we met. Kate and her husband and what a wonderful couple They were so nice to us and we loved staying there, we're going to go back. You can't miss this We just want to stay longer the next time. The hospitality, the kindness and cleanliness of this facility in this day and age was unbelielabel. We will be back.!

Negative: You have a hard time with that one. I don't know of anything to complain about. Other then I wish we could have stayed longer! Tell your friends and the family about this place.It's very nice and what a great couple they are.Let's keep it going!
