Positive: The Hidden Gem is a great bed and breakfast tucked in the Walkerville area, which as cute shops and fantastic restaurants. We have stayed at the Hidden Gem many times, and it is always a "10!" The owners are wonderful people and stay on the property, so anything you need they help with. The breakfasts ( and fresh cookies) are absolutely amazing!!
Negative: Can't think of a thing!
Summary: Lovely surroundings, great hospitality and very relaxing!

Positive: Location was fabulous. 4 minutes to Casino by car, 10 minutes by bus and stops are very close walking. Close to scenic riverfront. Beautiful century old neighborhood and gorgeously maintained B&B. Lots of locally owned shops, restaurants etc. within very walkable distance. Hosts Troy and Sue were extremely hospitable and enjoyable. Very relaxed. Breakfast was incredible and included.
Negative: We were only in town one night. Would love to have had a couple extra days to stay and enjoy the Hidden Gem a few more days and explore the area. Our stay was simply too short.
Summary: Whenever we go back to Windsor we know exactly where we'll be staying.

Positive: Genuinely lovely hosts who care about every single detail. We felt safe and cosy staying here, and the breakfasts were amazing. Troy and Sue were also so kind to give us a delicious takeaway breakfast on our final day when we were leaving early.

Positive: The beautiful red bud tree was in full bloom, parking in the driveway was nice vs street parking. Our “green” suite had a double balcony with fairy lights giving an elegant ambiance. Suite was extremely clean and comfortable with a “home” feeling. Comfy bed.

Summary: Home away from home, Sue and Troy are amazing hosts and the breakfast was exquisite, will definitely go again!!

Positive: Breakfast was fantastic and it was a wonderful change to be have a choice of menu items. Sometimes you want a light breakfast and this is the first B&B that gave us that choice. Well Done!! The room had everything we needed and Troy was a life safer for getting me access to YouTube so I could continue my fitness routine. In warmer weather I can see the outside patio area as being a wonderful place to spend time in.
