Summary: From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of this house. It immediately smelled clean and inviting. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking/eating you would want to do! They even supply some basic spices and coffee/tea.There is plenty of onsite parking and the house is conveniently located to get to many places easily. We would definitely return if we are planning to be in the area again. This is a beautiful, clean home that the owners really take pride in!

Summary: Beautiful restoration of an old schoolhouse. It is decorated so cute. The fire pit area was amazing, it was truly a relaxing and wonderful stay. I can’t think of anything that would have made it any better! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you to our hosts!

Summary: Such a pleasure staying at this completely remodeled school house! This home comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay! The owners have provided many thoughtful extras throughout the home! We had a time enjoying the fire pit and custom swinging benches. The owners are super easy to communicate with and are very kind! We’ll be coming back to stay at this property every chance we get!

Summary: Beautifully renovated historical building (school) offered the perfect backdrop to our weekend in Dayton for the Air Force Marathon. Every room is curated to offer magazine worthy decor with functional comfort. Hospitality is off the charts , starting with the host looking after every detail to make you feel right at home including toys for little ones, games for the family to enjoy, and more that made this experience simply put, next-level. This property is conveniently located to WPAFB, the Air Force Museum, the university and other locations of interest from the serenity and beauty of the countryside. We can’t wait to return

Summary: My husband and I got married at Ohio Renaissance Faire and we used this Vrbo as a place to meet up, rest, and get ready. Perfect 35 drive to the Faire. Super quiet and private with a short drive into town if you need anything. We will definitely book this place again if we have a group going to ORF.

Summary: My family has stayed in dozens of rental properties all over the country, and this one was one of the best ever. It exceeded our expectations. The owner was so kind and communicative and went well above and beyond. The home and property were immaculate. They have thought of every little detail. My kids loved it, as well. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, but it is in a peaceful, country setting. It also felt very safe. The home was very spacious for our family of five. We will stay there every chance we get!
