2 Bedroom House in Historic District, Georgetown

A lovely and convenient location for this historic house with modern comforts. The back porch sits along a stream and there are two other outdoor sitting areas to relax and enjoy the wonderful nature show. Your view will include bluebirds playing the in the trees and fantastic mountain views. The walk to the main street of town is in the 100s of feet!
This two bedroom home was built in the late 1800s so has all the character of a historic home but the convenience of a kitchen and bathroom that were updated in 2018.
Your creature comforts include two adorable bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Each room has independent heating and can be adjusted for your personal preference. A cute bathroom with a soaking tub and all the amenities to relax and enjoy after a great day of skiing, hiking, riding, walking or whatever! (It is your vacation!)
A cozy living/dining area with very comfortable furniture to relax, play games, or watch television.
A nice fully equipped and updated kitchen with soft close cabinets, appliances, washer dryer.
The drive to the nearest ski area, Loveland, is 11 miles. You feel a million miles from the city and can relax in this location while being about an hour from Denver.
The shower is in the clawfoot bathtub; a consideration if anyone in your party has a challenge stepping up.
In the summer you can open the windows a little and relax to the sound of the water running in the stream.
This is one of my favorite places to be and I hope it will be yours too.
Please enjoy and make beautiful memories!

Summary: My husband and I booked this cottage for a weekend getaway from Denver. We have dietary restriction that makes it very difficult to eat out at most restaurants. This home had everything we needed to prepare and cook most of our meals. We also saw so much wildlife just in few days. Will definitely book here again.
