Positive: Sandrine and Jean were perfect hosts Nothing was to much for them.... They have a gorgeous place even in winter. The bedroom was spacious and clean.

Negative: Everything was excellent.

Positive: Property is in a great location for my office. The property is gated and felt very secure for my car. The hosts, Sandrine & Jean were super hosts. I was able to have my laundry done as I needed after a week on the road. Breakfast was good. Not far from Beziers centre. I look forward to a stay in the warmer months to use the pool. Pool was open when I stayed.

Summary: The best stay so far for a work trip in that area.
