This 3000 Sq. Ft. house is nestled in the foothills of the hill country in between San Antonio & Boerne, TX. , 8 minutes away from Fiesta Texas & great restaurants, shopping in & around The Rim & La Cantera. Antique Shopping, Breweries, wineries and great little restaurants are in Boerne which is about 10 minutes away. This home is a 1story ranch style house that sits on 2.6 acres with a pool(NOT heated)! There is an outdoor charcoal grill and a small Hibachi grill available to use. Parking is available for multiple cars, an RV, or a boat. The property is completely fenced with an electric entrance gate. Beautiful wildlife & nature trails close by to enjoy all around the area! Boerne Lake is about 20 minutes away. The Guadalupe State Park and River are about 15 minutes away. The Pearl, Alamo, Riverwalk, and downtown San Antonio are 30 minutes away as is Sea World. It's a quiet neighborhood with the houses being about an acre away from each other. Catering to families. If you have more children that exceeds my maximum occupancy, contact me for exceptions. This is NOT a party house. The house is cleaned and sanitized, by professional cleaning services before and after each booking, following recommended protocols. There is self check in, contact free.

Summary: We had an amazing family vacation at this "home away from home." The spacious property gave my 8 grandkids plenty of room to run and play, swim, play badminton, climb trees, swing, and play flashlight hide and seek. The front porch and back deck hosted relaxing views of sunrises/sunsets, wildlife, and beautiful nighttime lighting. The open kitchen/ family area were perfect for meals and family game nights. Every outing we had (Six Flags, SeaWorld, Alamo, River Walk, Tower of the Americas, CascDw Caverns) were all within a 40 minute or less car ride. The host was easy to reach and very helpful. We left with priceless memories.

Summary: The house fit our needs perfectly. We were a group of 9 adults in town for a memorial service. We had a few people over after the service so the backyard seating was great and the fire pit was a highlight. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and ready to go. The house itself is quite eclectic so it was fun to see the artwork. Nice to have two refrigerators. We liked turning on the fairy lights in the dining room for our evening meals. Elaine, the owner was very prompt with our needs/requests and we enjoyed our interactions with her. Thank you for sharing your house with us

Summary: Elaine was very accommodating and responded quickly to every text. Very comfortable home and private property. The back deck at night is pretty magical with great lighting and the gorgeous Texas sky full of stars.

Summary: The place was wonderful. Very roomy. The pool was awesome. The host was wonderful to deal with. 25 minutes or less from all the attractions Ie Alamo, River cruise, airport, other exhibits, and sea world. Would love a repeat trip.

Summary: This house was wonderful. My host, Elaine, was very informative and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The pool was very nice and so refreshing (especially in the Texas heat). Summary: It was so fun to enjoy this beautiful home for our grandson's 7th birthday. He had fun picking out his bedroom and with multiple ones to choose from everyone was happy with their rooms. We like to stay in homes that have a lived in vibe. We feel it allows us to be more relaxed and enjoy our stay as if we were family. The pool and multiple outside seating areas made the stay especially fun. Since there were multiple umbrellas there was always plenty of shade. Boerne was a fun town to shop and visit and had lots of outdoor eating options. Important to us since the grandkids were unvaccinated. Our host, Elaine, made sure that we had everything we needed including a gift basket with lots of treats for the grandkids and wine for the adults.
