Summary: The house could use some TLC. For the money itโ€™s a good deal. Would stay again. Gave it a 5/5 overall. Thank you.

Summary: Good:The place is a good size, could accommodate us (2 adults 3 kids) well and is in a quiet neighborhood. Has granite counter tops in the kitchen and a big bath in the Master bath. There's a washer and drier and dishwasher (which we didn't use.) Shampoo and conditioner were also supplied.Bad:There were minimal kitchen supplies - such as plates and bowls, wine glasses and coffee mugs, but no glasses for drinking. It felt very sparse. The TV upstairs didn't connect to any device and several of the cupboard doors or drawers were either hanging off or broken. There were spare parts building supplies (tiles, unhung pictures etc. hiding in the closets and only one spare trash bag. Toilet paper was also minimal.The pictures in the ads showed a piano (one of our selling points), and swing chair... that were not in the house. Additionally, the biggest surprise, it wasn't until after we were sent the instructions of how to check in that we found that the much promoted pool would incur a 200 use fee. So, beware of that if you plan on using the pool.The Ugly:Bugs. OK, it's Texas but there were ants all over the downstairs tub, in the kitchen and several hornets high up in the entryway that took us 3 days to get rid of. There was no bug spray in the house (there is now as we left the supply we bought for the next tenants). We had to clean out spider webs, and spiders on our first couple of days too.)Overall, it's a simple fix for these things and this could be a good spot.
