You can spend your coastal or offshore licenses, municipal swimming pool heated sea water on the dike open from May to September at 500 m, aquatic center at 6 km, equestrian center for a walk on the beach, fishing school at sea, daily market summer and winter twice a week, bowling, cinema, skate park, mini golf, tennis court, basketball, nightclub. Walk: coastal paths, bike ride on bike path. Non smoking apartment. No pets allowed, thank you for your understanding. Linen not provided. EDF in addition from September 29, 2018 to May 31, 2019. Summary: The property is in a superb location with views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely to be able to watch the tide come in and out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Nearby shops were very useful and over all we had a wonderful stay. Very well located for other places to visit nearby. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: Practically on The beach with amazing views. Close to town for shopping. Used to sit at night watching the fishing boats going in and out of the harbour then next morning wander along to see the fish from them being sold. Centrally located for the Normandy beaches. Good restaurants within walking distance. Appartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen contains everything you need if you wish to eat in. The showerhead powerful and roomy. A washing machine was located here. On a really hot day the doors to both balcony could be opened and a lovely breeze would sweepthrough. Would recommend and if we came back to Normandy would stay here again. Oh and only a 30 min drive from the boat at Caen.

Summary: This is a great apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The property was immaculate and the building was quiet. The wifi worked well. The bed was very comfortable. This is an end unit apartment, so there are windows on both ends that you can open for a wonderful cross-breeze. The location is absolutely perfect...right on the beach and a short walk to both the Juno Beach Centre and Canada House/La maison des Canadiens (in Berniรจres-sur-mer), and also to the main street in Courseulles-sur-mer. It's a perfect location for visiting all the DDay sights in the area. There is a parking spot a short walk away from the building. The washing machine and dryer rack made it very convenient to do our laundry. Grocery shopping at Carrefour Market is only a 5 minute drive away. The owner speaks only French and that's who you deal with to book the rental, but the management company in charge of the rental has employees that can speak English. You will need to have rental insurance for the property, which has to be done with a French company, but it is very inexpensive and easy to purchase (can be done in English too). The only hiccup we had was contacting the agent with the management company - the phone number given never worked for us and we had to call the company directly. We don't know if that was a problem with our phone or with his. Also, be aware that if renting linens, the rental does not include facecloths, bathroom hand towels, or a dish cloth. Overall, though, these Canadians were thrilled with this rental and highly recommend it.

Summary: The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and was in a great location for exploring Normandy by car. There was a local fish market every day near by that made for some great meals. The kitchen is updated with newer appliances. The closed-in balcony made for a great place to sit back and enjoy the view. Our host provided a baby cot upon request and that was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation.
