Summary: We felt the bathroom and kitchen were very tired. Standard of paintwork overall looked a rush job. Shower head, grouting dirty. Door knobs fell off. I wouldn’t have booked the accommodation if I’d known I was going to receive a list of rules and threats about extra payments. Why not sort out the problem of the dead lock on the inner door?

Summary: It is a very nice flat but needs a bit of investment now.bit annoying to walk up to second floor but that’s unavoidable and we knew that. The parking facility is excellent

Summary: We stayed here for three nights. The apartment is very spacious and airy. The beds were very comfortable and the location is great. The parking space was also very handy, although it was very easy to walk to Whitstable and Tankerton beach is just across the road. One small thing to note is there are a few stairs to get up to the apartment. Claire was helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and our first time in Tankerton and Whitstable, hopefully we will be back soon!

Summary: The flat was just as described on the web site. Spotless condition with lots of nice welcoming touches by the owner. It's spacious and very well equipped. High street location is convenient for food shops and some takeaways. It's close to the beach a 15 minute walk to Whitstable. Ideal location for us as we like doing walks rather than just sitting on the beach. Owner was very friendly and helpful weather fantastic. We had a great time.

Summary: The Marguerita is perfectly located close to the beach and local shops and just a 15 minute stroll along the waterfront to Whitstable. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable week away. Comms with owner was excellent. Would highly recommend.
