Positive: It was very clean on arrival, the facilities and condiments that were there were fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. The lovely touches like the trays, rolled towels and kitkats on the beds was lovely. The bathrooms had things like bodywash and shampoo in them if you forget to bring them which is handy. The living areas are comfortable and are ideal for family gatherings such as eating together at the big table and playing games in the lounge area. The jacuzzi was clean and easy to use, and oh so relaxing. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely. There is a pub just up the road which takes 2 mins to walk to and there are loads of lovely walks in and around the area to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return, thank you 😊
Negative: Squeaky floorboard in the main bedroom was quite loud when stepping on it, especially going to the toilet in the middle of the night. Not a huge deal but maybe worth looking into.

Positive: The cleanliness of the property and how it matched the description. The warmth of the hot tub. The decor is nice. The house has a relaxing ambience.
Negative: The back door broke and we got locked out - in the hot tub. It would be really nice to have some milk and a packet of biscuits on arrival. The bunk bed is a small double on the bottom and a single on the top - but the double counts as 2 beds, but as we were all single friends staying this didnt match with out group.
Summary: A really great weekend with friends.

Positive: Had a lovely relaxing weekend. Fabulous house. Got everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Short distance to local pub 10m drive to supermarket.
Negative: The noise from the road. Patio door sticks and thought we were locked out at one stage. Had to lock latch when the door was open, .not for the door to shut
