Summary: My good friend wanted to see WWE Smackdown in Albany for his Bach party. It was a big group of us. (12). This place was spacious and a stones throw from the MVP Area. Area is not the best but we felt safe. Everything worked and was clean. Towels were left for us and host was very responsive to our needs. If you need a place to accommodate a large group this place is perfect.

Summary: When I arrived, I did not have the code for the door, so I had to call the property manager's assistant. I waited outside for a couple of minutes until I was provided with the right code for the door. When I entered the house, I found that the place was neat but not clean. One of the beds had hair in it and it wasn't clean. During my graduation ceremony, the property manager's assistant texted me saying that we left the door open and that we would be charged $50 if it was left open. I was surprised because I was sure that we had closed the main door. I wondered how they noticed that a door was left open. Could they have been in the house without us being there? The only door that could have been left open was the one before the entrance door because since the day we got there, it wasn't functioning properly. Overall, I think the customer service was very poor as well as the cleanliness.

Summary: I enjoyed staying at this property with my friends. We all had a place to sleep and the space is cozy. Definitely recommend if you’re traveling with a large party.

Summary: The property boasted a mostly open plan first floor with full kitchen. There were two bedrooms with two bonus rooms/spaces for sleeping. Our family of six was pretty comfortable staying here.
