A recently constructed gated, private residence set in 3 acres of luscious greenery.
With a private pool and outdoor shower shared with the 9 other apartment’s on this exclusive development.
3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds (one en suite) and one with 2 single beds.
Each bedroom has French doors which open out onto their own outdoor terrace.
There is a classic modern open plan kitchen with fully integrated appliances to include: oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and plenty of other cooking utensils for your convenience.
The lounge area has a cream leather sofa and TV/DVD player.
The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs. This opens out onto a covered outdoor patio area which directly looks out to the pool and sea views. a luxury 6 seating patio set is waiting here.
The apartment has 2 wooden sun loungers with padded cushions for your use. There is also a communal BBQ

Summary: We loved Il Casale, walking to and getting fruit and veg from the farm nearby, the surrounding towns and the beaches. Hanging out at the house is supremely comfortable but do take the opportunity to explore. The beach at Riaci was our favorite. The pizza place and gelateria in Spilinga both great and feel like a dip into local life. The baker on the main route that bypasses the center of Ricadi makes a delicious ‘pizza pane’ (plain focaccia with the lightness of pizza dough) that is very nice for picnics. Sarah is a great host!

Summary: We stayed here for 3 weeks! Sara is a very good host. She gave us good tips for the area. It was a very clean, complete and nice apartment. Beautiful view, beautiful garden and lovely swimming pool. Everything in the apartment, and especially the air conditioning at temperatures above 35 degrees, was very pleasant.

Summary: As a family of five, we spent our summer holiday in Sarah's flat in July. We were very warmly welcomed and felt at home from the first moment. The flat has three bedrooms and three terraces, one of which has direct access to the pool. The view from the very well-maintained property is especially charming in the evening when the sun sets over the sea and the Stromboli volcano. The furnishings of the flat leave nothing to be desired, especially the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We were positively surprised by the powerful air conditioning, but we only used it on the first few evenings. The property "Il Casale" is in a quiet location; there are only a few neighbours. Nevertheless, many sights and the sea are only a few minutes away by car. We enjoyed our holiday very much. We would like to emphasise the hospitality of Sarah, with whom we always felt in good hands due to her helpful, always good-humoured and unobtrusive manner and who gave us many great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. Thank you very much, Sarah! Our unreserved recommendation!

Summary: Stayed here with friends, the property was excellent, it had everything you could think of. The pool looked great we just didn’t get time to use it on this short trip. Sarah, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. She had a little welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. A lovely bottle of wine, some milk and a selection of delightful cakes. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Summary: We spent 4 nights at this location and had a wonderful time. Sarah has thought of everything to make a stay relaxing and comfortable. The unit is clean, really well equipped and she has prepared a book with valuable and useful information on the surrounding area. The pool was a welcome respite everyday (and sometimes in the morning too!) and there's a farm next door to pick up some really great fresh vegetables, eggs & fruits! You couldn't have asked for a more beautiful view - Stromboli Isle/volcano is in the nightly show and it did not disappoint at sunset. While we were on the outskirts of two little villages everything was easily accessible and we enjoyed the quiet at night. And as it was our first visit to Calabria, Sarah was a valuable reference for all things Calabrese.....

Summary: We really enjoy our staying at II Casale: The house was clean as well as the commun area: the swimming pool. It was nice and quiet there. The house is located only 20 min drive from the beautiful Tropea. The owner, Sarah, was really lovely. The communication was super easy as well. I would recommand this place! Thanks Sarah!

Summary: 1005888 I have been staying at Il Casale with friends from 7 to 14 august. The apartment is well equipped and functional. The whole facility is well organized with the maximum comfort for the guests. The garden with the swimming pool is amazing and the view is breathtaking. Sarah is a wonderful host, always available for the guests needs. The location is closed to very nice beaches. I'll suggest it to people who want to relax and escape from crowded and packed spots. The place is so beautiful that you may not desire to move around.
