Summary: Came to AZ to have surgery at the Mayo Clinic hospital. Very easy drive ...less than 15 minutes. And grocery stores and restaurants within a mile or less. The home is set on a beautiful private corner lot and accross the street from the access neighborhood trail to Lookout Mountain. Very quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard for pups or children. Quail were beautiful to watch as well as to sit out on the nice patio to feel the nice breeze and hear the birds singing.. The house is well appointed with everything needed for cooking and stocked with essentials. I really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The owner Linda is very nice and always available. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s home and would highly recommend it for your visit to Phoenix! Linda was great to work with and made the booking process, check-in, and check out so easy. Linda welcomed us to the house and took the time to share important details to help make our stay even better. Additionally, she offered helpful recommendations for activities in the area, which we greatly appreciated! The house (especially the kitchen!) was well stocked with everything we needed and Linda made us feel welcome with nice touches such as coffee, tea, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc! The house looks just like the pictures online and we loved the open and airy feel. We enjoyed sitting out on the private patio where we would often watch the sunset. The home has a great walking path behind it and it is across the street from a mountain where we enjoyed frequent hikes. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; we did a ton of walking and running in the area. The home is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping which made it very convenient. We can’t say enough good things about Linda and our stay at her home! We hope to stay again when we are back in Phoenix!

Summary: We stayed there four nights (2 couples) and it was enjoyable. The house has been recently renovated and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen, furnishings and beds were very nice, very comfortable, and clean. It is in the hills, so we needed to drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. But we had a car and it was fine. Linda was great to work with and she had everything very organized and clearly laid out in her communications. Things went very smoothly!

Summary: Property had a great layout, with all modern appliances and well stocked with any cooking accessories you would want. The location was wonderful near the trail to going up Lookout Mountain. A very nice quiet community. We are a couple, but this place would be very comfortable for 4 people. Would highly recommend, and hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future.

Summary: This house is wonderfully located! Nice neighborhood , next to the lookout mountain and 15 min from everything!! Linda is a great great host! There to greet us when we arrived to show us around, quickly responded any question we had but was really discreet for the entire month we stayed at her house! She also provided coffee , tea and any basics a house needs! The house is decorated with great taste and inspire a peaceful mind! I highly recommend this property!! See you next year Linda!!
