2 Bedroom Condo in North Mountain, Phoenix

One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.
The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Summary: My husband and I love this complex because it's so convenient in its location to North Mountain for hiking and restaurants, as well as the tennis court/pickleball court on site. This VRBO was equipped with everything we could possible need! The beds were very comfortable, towels were very plush and the condo was beautiful and clean. In just a few steps was a wonderful pool and hot tub for our use. We wished we had more time to stay! We will definitely want to stay here again for our next trip to Phoenix, AZ.

Summary: We had a fun vacation! The place was clean and the pool was great. There were lots of things provided that we were able to use, like tennis rackets and a pool float. There was a mixup at check-in but it was resolved quickly. The neighborhood is probably the only real con but because it’s in a gated community, it wasn’t a big problem.
