Positive: The villa itself is huge, we had a group of 12 adults and 4 kids and were easily accommodated. The pool area and grounds are amazing, we spent the whole week by the pool. David is a great host too
Negative: WiFi in the ground floor wasn’t the best, and some comfier seating in the ground floor living area next to the kitchen would have been nice as that’s where we spent a fair bit of time

Positive: The villa is stunning and like an oasis of luxury in the suburbs of Alvor. It has loads of room and every facility you could wish for. Such a wonderful space to spend quality time with loved ones. We were not prepared for the incredible character of the villa, it’s interiors and the interior decoration. If you love mid-century vintage design, you will be in heaven! The host is super friendly, kind and helpful. We had such a fantastic stay we’re already talking about when we can return.

Positive: Fantastic property with loads of room for large groups. We took six adults and two kids but could have easily had more people in the house. Plenty of seats inside and outside and various rooms if you want some quiet time. The kids loved the pool and the tennis court along with exploring the orchard. David, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time.
Negative: We like to walk but for others, it is about 25 mins walk in to the main part of Alvor. There are however plenty of taxis.

Positive: Absolutely everything! what an exceptional place to be available for temporary rental. It has soul, and the stories this house has witnessed seem to emanate from the walls. Different from other rentals, this one seems like you are staying at borrowed house from a family friend. perfect place for larger groups of friends or a large family holiday. we absolutely loved A Pausa and we for sure will be back.
