Clube Alvor Ria is a private apartments condominium located in the fishing village of Alvor. With its unique situation, in front of Alvor River Estuary the views over the harbour, dunes and sea are fantastic.
This spacious sunny and bright apartment facing south and west offers magnificant views over the sea, dunes and the Alvor harbour. With this solar orientation the amazing sunsets will give you a memorable stay. The extensive balconies, with direct access from both bedrooms have plenty of space for dining or sitting outside. To take the most of these balconies there's a wooden meals table to allow you to enjoy your breakfast or any meal while appreciating fantastic views and the good air.
This 2nd floor apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds (2mx1m) and an en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 identical twin beds. There is a 2nd bathroom with a shower cabin. The 2 bedrooms have a built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and chests of drawers. The living/dining room is quite spacious and it is furnished with 2 good sofas, cable TV with dozens of channels, a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all apliances that you may need as well with a comprehensive cooking utensils. Wi-fi is available and free.
The apartment has air conditioning all over - living/dining area and in the 2 bedrooms.
The condominium has an shared outdoor pool, a large sun-terrace with loungers, gardens and a secure exterior parking. It stays approx 5 min walking distance to the restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and to the beautiful Alvor’s long fine sandy beach. For golfers, the Alto Golf Country Club and Penina golf courses are 5 - 10 minute drive.
For hiking lovers there is a newly constructed boardwalk over the sand dunes/beach providing wonderful walks and a sports centre with tennis, basketball and public indoor swimming pool next to the complex.

Summary: All we can say is wow! The most fantastic apartment with beautiful views of the estuary and marina, and the most wonderful sunsets. Everything was absolutely amazing, and a special thank you to our host Jose whose hospitality was second to none, certainly the perfect host. So many special touches including the ‘Welcome Pack’ and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We loved it that much that we plan to return twice next year, what more can we say!

Summary: Fabulous, comfortable apartment in the centre of Alvor, close to beaches, shops and restaurants but nice and quiet. It was great that the apartment was so well equipped and the welcome pack of bread, milk, wine, cheese etc was a lovely touch. I would 100% recommend this apartment and Jose was particularly helpful and accommodating.

Summary: This apartment is perfectly situated in a spectacular holiday location. The host is THE BEST. No detail was overlooked to make our stay a memorable experience. Excellent restaurants are only steps away as are opportunities to walk along the unique estuary landscape.

Summary: After a couple of false starts due to COVID, we finally arrived and we were not disappointed. The apartment is well located with great views from the wrap around balcony and within close proximity to village amenities. Inside, the apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped to our needs. Our host José was great to meet and deal with and was always available. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

Summary: This apartment is beautifully appointed, comfortable, well equipped and has fantastic views, it was even better than the description. The balcony is extensive with plenty of space for dining or sitting outside. The pool is well maintained and ideal for families, palm trees and landscaped gardens adding to the ambience while garden walls and security gates provide privacy. The owner provided an excellent service and was always available if needed, the lovely person who greeted me was very friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend this property, it is superb! I loved the proximity to beach, harbour, shops, bars, restaurants and the miles of beautiful boardwalks along which I ran every morning. There are photogenic caves to explore to the western end of the long golden beach. Alvor is a lovely holiday destination and I will definitely go there again.

Summary: Cannot fault this apartment at all, the views from 2 balconies were fantastic, direct access to balcony from both bedrooms, and everything in the apartment you could possibly need including proper hairdryer and iron. Met Maria who is just the most lovely lady, cannot do enough for you. We were left a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. The photos do not do the apartment justice, it had been updated and I would recommend this to anyone. Maria, myself and Robert will be back, lots of love, Karen.xx
