Summary: I loved walking to the beach, to restaurants, to yoga, to shopping, and the train. And I loved coming home to a safe, cozy spot each evening.

Summary: We had a great holiday here. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, we could walk everywhere and Faye was very friendly and easy to work with. We can only recommend this spot and plan to be back again next year!

Summary: I rented this place because I wanted to be in the heart of Carlsbad Village. The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to everything. So, as far as location, this place is perfect. The owner did an excellent job communicating with me over a glitch with the portable air conditioning unit. Which we got resolved.

Summary: Upstairs condo was just the right size for my husband and I to visit friends for graduation celebration. Felt safe, away from the busiest streets, yet very accessible to all we needed, especially to walk the Carlsbad promenade or beach. All kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. The condo itself is older but comfortable. Bed was good. Kitchen was adequate for the cooking we did. The hostess was always available if needed, though we missed meeting her as she was under the weather.

Summary: We enjoyed very much our stay at Tutu's Place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and located conveniently close to the beach and downtown Carlsbad. The cost was reasonable. It was a little noisy but then we live in the country and aren't used to city noises. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would definitely return.

Summary: This was the ideal spot for me to stay in Carlsbad - I could walk to anywhere: the beach, local shops, restaurants and live music venues. It was also a wonderful condo in beautiful condition - couldn't have asked for more!!
