Welcome to our peace of paradise in the center of Scottsdale's most popular neighborhood, Raskin Estates. Our home is less then 5 miles from well known attractions like golf courses, hiking and biking trails, high-end shopping and dining. Our home offers an amazing location and many amenities, guests re-visit annually because of our hospitality and backyard. Not many vacation homes include Pool and Spa heat in nightly prices...we do!
COMPLIMENTARY HEATING is provided during the day and early evening hours. Should you desire a higher temperature and/or off-hour usage, additional pool heating amenities are available for a FEE$$. Pool is maintained at a comfortable 85 degrees for guests, with the heat pump operating daily, aligning with or exceeding standard hotel practices. Should you desire a higher temperature, we can provide additional pool heat for an extra $35 per day. The Electric heat pump keeps pool temperatures between 83 to 85 degree, along with the use of a easy roll up solar cover. Cover is required nightly to hold temperatures. (pool heat is season-dependent)
- SPACIOUS INTERIOR-
We made our home interior easy for guests to relax and enjoy the space. Interior flows naturally and with true comfort, our main living area offers 2 sofa's and 2 reclining chairs, an 82" SMART TV with Apps. We offer DVD/blue-ray players in each room, high speed internet, Pluto TV offers 900+ FREE channels; news, movies and news stations. The home has zero cable network, sorry. But you can Mirror your phone to stream your favorite stations if you desire.
Dinning room and pool table room flows together nicely, it's separate from the living room and kitchen space, we find it helps separate the space for a quiet and cozy area while others use other spaces for entertaining.
BEDROOMS: BRAND NEW SMART TV in each bedroom with DVD/ blu-ray players. 3 bedrooms consist of: 1 California king, 2 queens, 2 bathrooms, plenty of linens, bath towels, toiletries, blow dryers, iron, iron board, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, hand soap, pack 'n play... list is endless
KITCHEN: Our spacious Galley Kitchen is completely equipped with everything you'll ever need for your stay and more, you'll feel right at home, not a basic rental. Our kitchen is stocked with loads of extra's, (hence its our 2nd home) glassware, flatware, plates, bowls, enough for 20+more, all types of pots and pans, mixing bowls, toaster, salt & pepper, spices, oil, cone coffee filters, hand towels, paper towels, soaps, foil, trash bags, baggies, plastic wrap, storage containers, utensils, broom, vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies. We offers 3 coffee machines: Cuisinart single K-cup machine, Single pod Nespresso machine and Cuisinart 10 cup coffee machine(includes cone filters) Just pick your favorite coffee for each machine. Kitchen also has side by side refrigerator with NEW filtered water & ice. Dishwasher, microwave, stove & oven, garbage disposal, Front load washer & dryer, laundry soap provided. white Glass table and 4 chairs

Not many vacation homes include a 85 degree heated pool. (typical pool tempetures are set at 82 degrees) Our POOL is truly one of a kind, Guests always comment on pool because of its LARGE areas to roam. The pool has a 3' foot deep play area, with over a 20' foot wide space. So easy to play and relax. It also has a large 10 foot deep area to roam with over a 20 foot wide diving area, we do not encourage diving and there is no diving board. (PLEASE NOTE: Pool has no pool barrier (no fence) around pool, guests are required to sign a release of liability.) Another great feature about our yard is our pool deck area is large and useful, easy to move around. Also many pool toys, floating lounges, large pool towels, chair pillows, goggles, sunscreen and more.
We just installed a NEW SPA in October of 2024, above ground, seats 6 comfortably. Spa is drained and sanitized at each check-in.
Winter to Spring. SOLAR cover must be used to ensures pool temperatures remain between 82-92 depending on outdoor temperatures and how long pool cover is used. (All pool temps can fluctuate in rainy weather or below 40 degrees)

OWNERS RULES & CITY REGULATIONS
Guests must be mindful at all times and respect the rules of the community. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subjected to an immediate $500.00 fine by owner, in addition to imposed fines by the CITY, which can reach up to $10,000.00 per violation.
Quiet hours: The City of Scottsdale enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early as 9pm. Any violations received by Scottsdale PD, the booking guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.
Required State verbiage: ALL DWELLING UNITS INCLUDING VACATION RENTALS AND SHORT TERM RENTALS shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
PHOENIX & SCOTTSDALE PROHIBIT EXCESSIVE OUTDOOR NOISE, EXPLICITLY PROHIBITS UNRULY GATHERINGS. We have the right to remove guests from the property due to negligence.
HOUSE RULES:
- 26 years of age or older

- No outdoor speakers/music
- NO PETS OF ANY KIND
- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
- 6 Person MAXIMUM for staying overnight.
- Guests are strictly limited to 6 which includes any day guests.
- Rates are subject to change until a rental reservation is confirmed.
- No special events can be conducted on the property.
- NO EVENTS or PARTIES
- No motorcycles, motorhomes or trailers.
- Damaged linens or missing household items, owner will apply fees at their discretion.
- Utilities: A/C is set at minimum 72 degrees in our home. Fees apply for lower settings, but limited to 70 degrees. (Most all Guests are very comfortable at 72 or higher)
- Owner, Landscaper, Pool maintenance etc...reserves the right to come onto the property at any time, traveler will be notify prior to arrival via text. (Pool maintenance schedule varies during each week and Yard maintenance will very per month and per season.
