Summary: It is a nice cosy and clean flat including all you need for your family, 5mins to the beach by feet, very supportive renter, 2mins to the flaundry mile, shops and playground. It was already our 4th visit but for Sure not the last.

Summary: hello rino we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in your apartment in grado with four adults. the beds are good, there are mosquito nets - that was great, the kitchen is top equipped and the car is protected from the sun and safe on the property. everything is within walking distance. thank you, rino, for your hospitality. we would love to come back.

Summary: The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine but much more the bathtub for our little ones after visiting the beach. They have fun there and are self cleaning while playing in it :) BR Martin

Summary: This was our third stay in this apartment. We always appreciate the fully equipped, very spacious, centrally located flat with an own parking spot. The owners are very friendly and very helpful.

Summary: We enjoyed our first time in Grado. The appartement is well located (close to the beach and the city). All what we needed was there and the host was very pleasent to us. We can recommend this appartement/host.

Summary: We have been twice in the apartment and we have always enjoyed our stay very much. It is well equipped, clean and quiet. It is only a few minutes to the historical centre of Grado and the beach is only a stone`s throw away. Rino and his wife are very kind and are always ready to help.

Summary: We were planning a family holiday with two little children in June. We finally bocked this flat. We were very satisfied with our stay at Rino Simone's apartment. There is everything you need in the rooms. It was proper and comfortable. 5 minutes from a parc where you find an excellent childrens playground. You also have access to the beach in 5 minutes. Our hosts were very sympathetic and always ready to help us. The extra plus is the parking space under the apartment, so you do not need to look for it in the surroundings. Thank you Rino :)

Summary: We went there by car with 3 adults and 2 children. From the booking and very friendly contact with Rino, our arrival and warm welcome and introduction to everything (there is everything you need: Microwave, Dishwasher, Laundring Machine) in the Apartment, and a few tips about places nearby, we were perfectly taken care of. Next holidays are already booked, thank you Rino and Family for having us and making it just perfect!
