Positive: The apartment is situated just meters from the town square ,which is fun and lively. The owner tried to help us with the tv (own's shop down stairs) which was so kind . The kitchen has everything you need , Very well stocked.

Positive: The owner sent a code to access the accommodation. Everything went very smoothly. The location of the property is excellent, right in the heart of the town with lots of great cafes and restaurants close by.
Negative: The property only has one WC and one shower room. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep which makes it a little difficult when carrying luggage. These were the only downsides of the property.
Summary: We had a really good stay and would recommend this property.

Positive: Great beds and very sweet modern apartment. Lovely terrace and very clean overall. There are two nicely sized bedrooms which can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. Everything is new and works well. Montreuil is a lovely town to explore the area. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
Negative: The bedrooms can get warm if it’s hot outside so air conditioning would be nice but probably difficult to fit given that it’s an old building. We kept the blinds closed during the day to keep it cooler.

Positive: central location, top facilities including dishwasher and washing machine, nicely decorated, easy to find parking, town/village lovely!
Negative: bit dark to do make up in front of the mirror. Internet went down when I arrived in france so rather worried I wouldn't get key code, phone number on main page didn't work. Once I had internet it was fine and we got the correct phone number in the end.

Positive: This is our second stay and we love it. Clean, warm and cosy with a fantastic location. Plenty of restaurants within a minutes walk and a great base to explore the local area. Montreuil is beautiful. Highly recommend.
