You and your group decide on which layout suits you when you arrive - It’s truly just that easy. The perfect arrangement for larger groups then some might say!
Centrally placed, and within a few miles of all of the major motorway networks, the Ling Lodges are in an ideal part of the Country for meeting up with friends and family whichever part of the UK that they are travelling from. Designed specifically for use by larger families, Hen Parties, and Groups of friends, the Ling Lodges even has interconnecting doors between upstairs and downstairs so can easily become two seperate luxury spaces for a little extra privacy when needed - both spaces complete with superfast wi-fi.
Upstairs is recently refurbished and redecorated and totally double glazed with countryside views from all of the rooms. A large Living area that boasts a Dining Table with four chairs and countryside views out over the fields. The Living Room area has two Settees that will comfortably seat four people, and they fold down quickly and effortlessly to form two very comfortable single Beds. There is a television and DVD Player. There is also a varied selection of Games and Books for those quieter moments, and new fast wi-fi too.
A large double Bedroom, complete with a high quality Double Bed with a supremely comfortable mattress is situated off this main Living Room. There are built in Wardrobes, complete with plenty of shelving, and a large chest of drawers. Also ample room for the large good quality Cot that we will happily supply at no extra charge if required.
Go through a further door and you are in a well appointed modern, spotlessly clean, white fully tiled en suite Bathroom that contains the WC, hand wash basin with cupboard under, and separate shower, shaver point, complimentary loo rolls, hair dryer etc
Downstairs is also a lovely size with two completely separate Double/Twin Bedrooms and another large separate Living area. This also is recently refurbished and redecorated, totally double glazed, and a very comfortable ground floor Lodge with countryside views from all of the rooms.
This Living area boasts a newly fitted, beautifully appointed, kitchen complete with superb Halogen Hob, Inbuilt Fridge, Oven, Grill, Microwave, Extractor Unit and variable chandelier and spotlighting with dimmer switches. There is a Dining Table that extends to seat ten people. The Living Room has comfortable seating and there is a large 32" LCD Flat Screen television with Freeview. We provide an iPod and iPhone charger and Docking Music Station. There is also a varied selection of Games and Books for those quieter moments.
There are two large Bedrooms both of which contain luxurious single Beds. These Beds are complete with high quality supremely comfortable new pocket sprung mattresses. One of these bedrooms has an en suite with fabulous walk in Power Shower, WC and Washbasin. The other large Bedroom has two single beds and also has bunk beds and so can easily become a wonderful Family/Friends Room for four people. There is also a Flat Screen TV and DVD Player in this room. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, complete with plenty of shelving, and large chests of drawers. Also ample room for the good quality Cot that we will happily supply at no extra charge if required.
There is another separate and beautifully appointed modern, spotlessly clean, fully tiled Bathroom that contains the WC, hand wash basin, yet another fabulous walk in Power Shower, complimentary loo rolls, hair dryer etc
Quality, freshly laundered Linen for all the beds are provided. China, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc are also supplied. The kitchen is well equipped and contains everything that you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. A "Welcome Pack" full of all sorts of grocery goodies is provided with our compliments and you can buy the rest of your requirements from our lively local Grocery Store - or you may prefer to visit the 24 hour Tesco Store situated about five minutes drive away. An excellent Marks and Spencer Foodhall is also very close by.
There is a fabulous very large indoor Swimming Pool (42' x 16' approx) situated off the same Courtyard as the entrance to the Lodges. The Pool is available exclusively and privately to you for set hours each day when you rent the Ling Lodges. You do not share the Pool with anyone else. The Pool area also has its own superb fully tiled Changing Rooms and a separate full wet room both with underfloor heating with shower, washbasin and wc also. This entire Pool complex is a massive 2000 square feet and was completely re-decorated and modernised recently..... There is loads of comfortable seating around the Pool where our guests can sit and read a good Book whilst the others in your group swim - most of our guests cannot resist a swim themselves though. The Pool is ideally suited for both adults and children alike and we all know how unpredictable the British weather can be and having an Indoor Swimming Pool is great for both sunny and rainy weather!
