Summary: We enjoyed two weeks at the end of the summer season in this well-kept country mansion. Frediano was always helpful with advice; in general people there were very friendly. The countryside is unspoiled, the house was in a good condition. Summary: We spent in villa 2 weeks, amazing weeks. All was in order, well equipped. Contact with renting person excellent, immediately reaction on any request. Villa clean and well arrange. Location very nice, 1.5km from San Severino Marche. Good restaurant in vicinity (0.5 km by walk - Country House Pineta). Swimming pool very nice, big and clean every second day. Peace and quiet atmosphere, neighborhood quiet. I can recommend this villa with 100%.
