Summary: Last minute getaway for my sons Spring Break.I was so sure all the Affordable places were going to be taken, and if not any good priced condos will also include and OUTRAGEOUS cleaning fee. Well was i wrong we found the beautiful spacious clean Dimond near the water with a lighter private pier. The host Nina was amazing and very responsive. Thank you and hope this place is available in the future

Summary: Proprty is older but well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Conveniently located. Across a street from the water. The 750' pier was really nice. Lots of room to throw your line out. Going in November was perfect! Not crowded at all and weather was good! Nina Garrison was a great hostess!
