Negative: No improvements required. Everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. All staff were friendly and courteous.

Positive: The hotel is extremely well located to use public transportation and shops. The room was very clean. However, the heater was not working well until I had to call the staff for a help. It seems the system needs to be upgraded for severe cold weather or he staff should have provide instruction for the guests beforehand. All staff members were kind, but I somehow felt my questions were not so welcomed? I couldn't feel genuine kindness from a couple of the staff members over the phone and in-person. In general, this hotel was very valuable for the price.
