Positive: The owners Mary and Peter lovely, kind people. No need for lunch after the breakfast. Near to town. Close to the hospital . Nice family area.

Negative: Extractor fan in bathroom was noisy. You could hear other bathrooms plumbing, but I live under a wooden floor and hear 3 other bathrooms at home so it didn't bother me.

Summary: Ideal for me to visit relative in hospital.

Positive: A lovely welcome and easy to find. Very helpful hosts. Great breakfast and I enjoyed the coffee and biscuits in the room. Great shower, very nice towels and toiletries. Comfortable bed, cozy room, recommend Aaron Vale most highly.
