Negative: moldy smell. Understand that the property is on the coast...but the house was VERY MUSTY.
Summary: Great short walk to an amazing beach. House itself was "OK."

Positive: The beds were ALL WONDERFUL! So often rental properties have “second rate” beds, but these were great! There were plenty of nice dishes to use in the kitchen. We enjoyed the privacy & yet beautiful view from the hot tub.
Negative: There was a very sharp piece of wooden trim board sticking up at the base of the stairs that we had to remember to be careful of, and something sharp on the floor transition strip going into the kitchen from the living room.
Summary: We enjoyed a lovely family weekend in this home and would love to return again!

Positive: We have stayed there the last 2 years for spring break with the kids we are a larger family and it fits us all perfect. The private beach is just beautiful.
Negative: All the spiders, my husband killed a black widow crawling on my daughter’s blankets.

Positive: There was a map to the beach. It was very helpful.
Negative: 1:) pulled a pan out of the cupboard, and it was dirty 2:) we had a party of six we only had three bath towels they were wet and in the dryer, three trash bags for five days , only five dishwashing soaps and we cook every meal except for one when we come on vacation we were there for five days so we had to purchase our own . 3:) could not do the coffee pot and the toaster at the same time without causing breaker problems 4:) have never been anywhere where you ran out of toilet paper. We had to ask for more two rolls is not enough for six people for five days, one ply toilet paper. 5:) windows were very dirty. 6:) need to update the toilets they’re too short we had 8786 year old grandma and grandpa had a very hard time using the toilets.
Summary: This would’ve been our sixth Coast spring break was very disappointed in the cleanliness and the toilets and the towels

Positive: Good location, private, hot tub, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and extra bedding, not a ton of rules and expectations about what we could and couldn’t do, the little beach nearby was excellent,
Negative: The dishwasher didn’t work very well - we cleaned out food and broken glass from the bottom, some of the pots and pans need to be replaced and we had to wash a couple of things before we used them, it’s the coast so we expect some musty but the carpet in the living room could be replaced or at least given a good deep cleaning, as could the furniture- my 5 year old grandson found a piece of Chex mix in the couch cushions, also, there are little nails in the driftwood table in the living room that are coming out. We pulled out several and several of our party caught a sock or hand on one when we brushed against the table. Please don’t think our negatives outweigh our positives because we had a great time and would rent this property again. These were just things we thought your property manager would like to take a look at.
