Positive: I loved the house. Loved the big beds fireplace hot tub, fenced off part of the yard. I liked the privacy of the place.

Negative: I think it would be a little better if there was a thing to hang ur keys on the wall when u get in. And near the hot tub inside if there was a place to hang wet towels/ wet swim suits. There was some nails but didn't seem ideal to hang something wet on the wood cabinets. Also the map to the beach was hard to understand. We didn't realize till the end the beach was a straight walk down after you turn. No signs outside showing where the beach was.

Summary: It was fun. The house was super nice.

Negative: moldy smell. Understand that the property is on the coast...but the house was VERY MUSTY.

Summary: Great short walk to an amazing beach. House itself was "OK."

Positive: The beds were ALL WONDERFUL! So often rental properties have “second rate” beds, but these were great! There were plenty of nice dishes to use in the kitchen. We enjoyed the privacy & yet beautiful view from the hot tub.

Negative: There was a very sharp piece of wooden trim board sticking up at the base of the stairs that we had to remember to be careful of, and something sharp on the floor transition strip going into the kitchen from the living room.

Summary: We enjoyed a lovely family weekend in this home and would love to return again!

Positive: We have stayed there the last 2 years for spring break with the kids we are a larger family and it fits us all perfect. The private beach is just beautiful.

Negative: All the spiders, my husband killed a black widow crawling on my daughter’s blankets.
