Positive: Beautiful setting, lovely building. Saw a beaver in the steam nearby! The house martins!

Negative: The room was simple, which we liked, but there was nowhere to put cloths. We had to drive to find somewhere to eat, which was a bit tiring after a long day of driving - but did find a wonderful restaurant about 6 km away…..

Positive: It was a privilege to discover such a beautifully restored historical building. The room we stayed in was huge with very comfortable beds. No TV or clutter. Welcoming hosts. Would love to stay longer next time. Ideal spot for painting or photography.
