Positive: We had a nice, quiet and clean room at the back of the house. The city is an easy busride away. The pubs and restaurants down the street are very good. The communication wit Sabrina was very good. She provided us with everything we needed to know and answered our questions quickly.

Positive: It was a lovely room and had all we needed.

Negative: The room was very warm and we didn't know how to turn the heat down. It was on a busy street so with the window open for air it was noisy. Parking was a challenge.

Positive: Very clean room and en suite. Fairly central location, nice array of tea, coffee, biscuits on arrival. 5 min walk from takeaways, shops, pubs etc.

Negative: The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the room was very hot at night but I couldn’t find a thermostat in the room. In fairness these are minor complaints considering how well the rest of room was.

Summary: Great room, very comfortable and clean but just needs better pillows!
