Positive: The continental breakfast was available to help ourselves in the morning. The 2nd floor guest room was quiet. The B&B was in a pretty, residential neighborhood, near a lovely park and very large botanical gardens. The B&B has a lovely, outdoor patio/garden space with lots of sitting and dining spots. Very enjoyable space!

Negative: Mainly, what I should have thought of or planned better…. We placed our luggage on the floor of the bedroom, as I kept forgetting to ask if there were luggage racks available. While I enjoyed the quiet, family neighborhood, perhaps I should have been a bit closer to the city center for more walkable restaurants. We did find a few within a 1-1.3 mile radius. Maybe poor planning on my part, but we really got our exercise steps in. We could have explored bus options!

Positive: This is a wonderful small B&B in a great neighborhood in the north of Dublin (easy access of the city and airport by bus), run by a family. Everything here is put together with love and care: breakfast was exceptional, the house is beautiful, the beds super comfy, and the rooms very clean. The host was very kind and welcoming: we booked a smaller room under the roof (we were aware it had lower ceiling), and after seeing how tall my husband was, he offered to try and switch rooms, which was not necessary but was a very kind gesture that we appreciated. Anyways, we stayed in thr original room and liked it very much. Thank you for all of your care!

Negative: I think the only little issue I've spotted was a low water pressure when taking a shower, but that's not really a big deal

Positive: Beautiful house & very friendly host. We really loved being close enough to walk or bus to the city center but not be in the thick if it; area was quiet & relaxing.had a beautiful walk through the botanic gardens which are very close!
