Positive: New building with clean rooms and an outdoor terrace. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, warm shower water. Insect screens for the bathroom window, no mosquitoes or other insects in the room. A few minutes' walk from a supermarket, bakery, shops, restaurants and a local market. Friendly and helpful owners, they helped us with transportation to Port Barton. Tricycles available near the accomodation. We would definately stay here again.

Negative: AC is not that cold enough for a family room. Maybe because of low power supply all around the city?
