This cottage is a great place to relax and unwind while watching the dolphins/whales swim by. Located right on the beach with accommodation to sleep 8 people
Ideal getaway for 3 couples or a small family - with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers plus an outside shower for those sandy feet. A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge /freezer and bar fridge plus an outdoor deck and barbeque area. Sit around the fire pit with a quiet drink or toast your marshmellows for the kids. Just sit back with a book or swim, surf, ski or fish. All this is available right on your door step.
There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the loungeroom and lots of games and books to enjoy. Dishwasher included.
The cottage is located at Long Beach which is 7 mins drive to Batemans Bay close enough to restaurants, shopping & cafés or far enough to be away from the crowded beaches. The Maloneys Beach Cafe has just opened and the coffee and pies are recommended. It is currently open Friday to Monday.

Summary: We had a lovely, relaxing seven day stay. Communication with the owner was friendly and good and she went out of her way to be helpful. The house was comfortable and contained everything we could possibly need. Our dog, Maisie enjoyed herself too on the lovely dog friendly beach. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

Summary: Perfect spot with super quiet location. Fire pit was great with plenty of driftwood on the beach. Would definitely stay again when back MTBing at Mogo.

Summary: The property was lovely, fantastic position, clean and very comfortable. Just meters from the beach and the local wildlife. The kangaroos are very friendly, but don't approach them. Patrick, the big male was on guard and his wife Cheryl and their young one Kai were very happy to just eat grass and hop along the beach. One night we experienced 148mls of rain and had an added non-bonus of a power blackout in the entire are of Long Beach for 11 hours!! But what can you do? Chris was very good and was in constant touch re reconnection of power. Essential Energy was on the job and power was eventually back on. But all-in-all a great stay and a wonderful experience in a wonderful location.

Summary: Love the magical view and the spacious bedroom to accomodate us guest. Nice outdoors place and the bedrooms are so comfy. Love the house and the beach,it’s the best. Will definitely come back to this and l would recommend to anyone looking for a short geataway.

Summary: Location is fantastic, access to the properly was easy. House had everything you need. Bed was too soft for me but might be ideal for others. Minor upgrades and maintenance required.Overall a nice place to stay.

Summary: Booking and check in process was easy, communication was prompt. The place has a breathtaking view. Cleanliness could be better. The only drawback is you have to bring your own linen and towels. I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: Basic stay at a great location.Fridge etc could have been cleaner.Bathrooms are super tiny but clean and functional. No view from bedrooms, but living room is great.Bring your own linen, towels, toileteries linen,towels,toileteries etc.
