It is well equiped, 2 story home which is perfect for 2 families. Alternatively parents upstairs and kid downstairs.
Close to Batemans Bay and a variety of restaurants, water sports, cycling. Mogo Zoo and botanical gardens only a short drive.

Summary: Great property on the beach, just 10 min drive from Batemans Bay. Well equipped kitchen with lounge / dinning great view and easy walking surrounds. Great BBQ and outdoor entertaining. Easy communication with manager. Downstairs fully self contained (if needed), with access to upstairs via external stairway.

Summary: Our family loved staying at Long Beach. The property looked directly over the beach, and we loved making use of the BBQ and eating dinner on the deck. Our teenage son loved the downstairs area to have some time away from the parents and we all enjoyed playing pool. Our dog had the best holiday ever by people/dog watching on the deck and running along the beach (in the designated dog friendly area). Would definitely stay again. Jude was a fantastic property manager, even calling to welcome us on a public holiday! Thanks Jude.

Summary: Our second time staying at this property. Communication with Property Manager Jude was great and check in process was easy. House was very clean on arrival. Directly opposite a calm beach and loved the view from upstairs loungeroom and upstairs deck. Short drive into Batemans Bay for supplies. Looking forward to a return trip.

Summary: Jude was an amazing host, clear communication throughout the process of booking, check in, through our stay and upon our departure.We were a family of 6 Adults, and 1 Child & 2 fur babies. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with the necessities & a lovely delight when we saw a coffee machine available!Stunning views, ample things to do in the area and space for those rainy days to watch some DVD’s, play board games or have some time isolated to read, knit & colour in.We were so sad to leave after our stay, we absolutely can’t wait to come back & hope to book a longer stay!

Summary: House had ideal layout and facilities for our extended family group. Location opposite Beach could not be bettered. Facilities were excellant and practical. Interaction with management was great. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at the property on Long Beach - the house was fantastic! The check-in process was very smooth and easy and our host Jude was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with everything one could need and more, for a wonderful holiday for our family with young kids, plus our parents. Being able to have two separate living areas was good to enable everyone to have space to do different things, and then also come together for meals and other shared time. The kids enjoyed having the pool table also. It was very helpful to have an enclosed upper deck and an enclosed area of the backyard, to keep our young dog safe. The close proximity to the beach was lovely - being able to walk across the road to the beach and listen to the sound of waves throughout the day and night. The heating was good and it was lovely to have the fireplace also. Good internet and TV reception also. Thank you Jude for a wonderful stay; we would love to return again sometime.
